I've tried Korean beef soup all over Washington, and this place has the best combination of price, taste, and service. The young owner couple is incredibly friendly, and the handmade mandoo offers amazing value and flavor. The cold noodle, made with beef broth, is crafted with such care that you can really taste the difference!!! Definitely thumbs up. Even though it's about a 30-minute drive from my house, I plan to visit frequently. I highly recommend this place to all Korean beef soup lovers. The Modeum su-yuk is unbelievably priced, and even though I usually don't eat beef tongue, it was incredibly tender. The location of the restaurant is also perfect This is a place you can trust without a doubt.

Homey atmosphere. Very kind waitstaff. Ox bone stoup with flank meat and flour noodles is hearty and warming on a winter day (served with rice and banchan -- their traditional kimchi is delicious)

Really feel like I've found a hidden gem for comfort food on a chilly (probably rainy) Seattle day. My go-to is the beef soup with rice noodles, adding a couple of spoons of salt. The soup is amazingly rich and umami without having too much sodium. Sides are also yummy and the waitstaff is kind!

2/24/2024, Come back again for their Seolleong Tang with my boyfriend's sister and niece. Saturday late lunch after 1:00pm, not crowded at all, as soon as we walk in, got seated right away! We ordered three Seolleong Tang with flank meat, mixed meat and tongue, steamed mundo and rice cake and dumpling soup. It's my bf's sister and niece first time trying this restaurant and they loved the food! The soup has great flavor, eat it with their Kim chee and radish ban Chan helps enhance the flavor to a different level. I would love to ask everyone who has not try yet to give it a try! You will find it very satisfying! Especially during rainy stormy day!! To owner and his family, please keep up the excellent job and I will be back soon!!
